PageVistly ("we", "us") provides a rendering API — screenshots, PDF generation, and OG image creation — designed for use by AI agents and developers ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. API keys are secret credentials — do not expose them in client-side code, public repositories, or share them with unauthorized parties.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Waffo handles payment processing, tax, and compliance on our behalf. Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Waffo-managed subscription.
Refund policy. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again thereafter. Fees for the period already used are non-refundable; we do not offer prorated refunds. If the Service is unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side, you may request a refund by contacting support@pagevistly.com, and we will review it within 5 business days.
Each plan includes a monthly render quota. When you reach your quota, additional requests are rejected until the next billing cycle unless you upgrade. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive or fraudulent usage patterns.
The Service, its code, and its branding are owned by us. The screenshots and PDFs you generate are yours, subject to the rights of the underlying content owners. You retain all rights to content you submit for rendering.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free rendering, or that captured pages will render identically across time or devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; paid subscriptions remain active until cancelled.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
